I don't like to write bad reviews, but I have to say that I had a horrible experience with this guy. He basically stole my money. In that he took the payment but never finished the job.
Here's the story.
We had an initial consultation about the job over Skype where we discussed what I needed. He asked me to send him the pictures to use the in cover design. I told him I have no time to look for images, you are the graphic designer and you find the images according to our discussion.
About 5 days later he delivered a preliminary design. Unfortunately it was a total amateur job. I've had much better from Fiver. I told him this is not acceptable. He complained that I had not delivered him the image for the cover and that's the reason. I then sent him a suitable image to use in the cover. The name of the report is Zen of Clear Skin so I sent him the Japanese symbol of Zen and asked him to be creative with the text.
Another 5 days goes by and he emails me that it's not possible to design anyone around that image. I was stunned. Because at this point I had already wasted so much time with this guy that I had already designed a cover based on the same image. I needed to get the thing online and it seemed this guy wasn't delivering at all.
I told him that please refund my order if you can't deliver. Another 5 or so days have passed and no reply from this guy.
That's my experience with this guy. I highly recommend you choose someone else.
His references look very nice, but what he delivered to me was nothing even close to that quality. So I wonder if these are even his references. Maybe they are, but what I got was a complete amateur hour job. You can get better quality designs from Fiver for a fraction of the price. Furthermore, this guy wasn't at all interested of making sure I was satisfied with his work. He just kept arguing that it's my fault that I don't like his design. Because I hadn't sent him the image - despite the fact that we initially agreed that he finds the image.
My experience was that once he had my money he had no interest anymore. Totally amateur hour design, slow and horrible service.
Look somewhere else.
