Where do I find the w-9 form? I resubmitted my social security number and tried to find the w-9 form because the email said complete my account info and the form will show up, where is it located?I am in the process of building squeeze pages for the offers and promote via paid traffic, I want to make sure payment is fully set up before I proceed.

Good news, we've removed the W9 form. It is only required if you elect to be paid by wire or bank transfers.
If that's the case, send over a PM and I'll set you up.

This should make it easier for everyone going forward.

I have gone through this tread thoroughly.... Just thinking of signing up with CPAlead. Long time back registered with it but havn't worked for them... Infact i forgot user id as well :

But with BHW recommendations and with the new owner (CPAlead) it seems I have to build a strategies and give again a boosting trial. This time I will make big for sure.

Where you see filter by category. This will let you choose from the various different categories (downloads, e-mail submit, purchase offers etc)
