We have a support ticket system that has less than 24hrs response 365 days a year, but the customer never used it. Skype support is not available during new year holidays, as we as most of western countries will have our new year celebration (customer from Lebanon), and this is when the customer contacted us.
Today we have been with the customer on Skype addressing his concerns and showing him the rank improvement for his 1 month campaign so far.
When he signed up, his kws were not in top 100, only 1 ranked. After a month campaign,
kw1: position 6
Kw 2: position 21
Kw3: position 22
kw 4 position 29
kws 5: position 30
kw 6: position 39
kw 7 position 63
Source serpbook. We have rankers available but due to confidentiality of customers kws are not shared here at this stage.
Further improvement is expected entering this second month

We have 3 support channels, SKYPE ( im online almost 10 hrs a day), Tickets, and support email.
If any customer has an issue with the campaign they will usually contact us, and tickets get answered in the same day.
I don't recognize any of you as customers, at least not from the bhw id,... odd, can you please provide me your seoshark ID of contact email? In that way I can check your campaigns confirm if you are a real customer, and if you have one campaign with us, and if this is the case, check details, and address any concern or issue that you might have..
