Just one question. If I become donor by paying $97 per year, then will I have to wait for 60 days and 100 post or I will be able to start new thread immediately?

You can post new threads just like you did for this one but if you were to open a BST thread in the BHW Marketplace, then you'll have to wait for 90 days plus have 100 quality posts and pay $97 membership fee. Donor membership will get you a bigger PM box and allow you to have your own signature but you need to have Jr.Vip membership to list your service in the marketplace.

It doesn't matter if you have 100 or 100k posts. You should still pay $97 if you want to upgrade to a premium membership.

Ok I understood. I must be 60+ days older member, have 100+ post and also have to pay $97 to start new thread in BST.

Let me tell you in layman terms.
BHW has 2 premium memberships. Donor and Jr.Vip.
Donor has bigger PM box + sig space. Jr.Vip has all the features of the Donor + the ability to list your product/service in the marketplace.
You need to pay $97 for each membership. Donor doesn't have any time or posts limit so you can buy it as soon as you join the forum. The limit applies only for the Jr.Vip membership.
If you upgrade to the Donor now, you still have to pay another $97 after 90 days if you want to upgrade to the Jr.Vip and you should also have 100 posts.
