Amonetize conversion rate 8-10% what's wrong?

Recently I have started to work with amonetize on Youtube + PPI method. I am uploading videos to fake hacks niche and posting direct amonetize download url shortened by bitly in the description. The problem is that my conversion rate is only 8-10%. Maybe such low CR is normal in this niche? If not then where is the problem? Maybe you could recommend other ways to monetize traffic?

Yes, it is easy to register in Amonetize. I create videos by myself.
