[Urgent] Need to hire someone for fairly large ORM project for fairly large client

(I know there is a Hire A Freelancer section, but I am looking to hire a professional for this, and not a whole lot of professionals browse that section. Mods, feel free to move it but I'd really appreciate it if it could stay here for a few days.)

Hi guys,

I have a name-related ORM project. Basically, someone that I know recently did something illegal, and multiple news publications (not big ones) picked up on it. These results are dominating page 1, and there are a few on page 2 as well.

I need to get these results off of both page 1 and 2 ASAP. Don't care what shows up as long as it isn't related to that illegal thing.

Please note that I understand that good ORM costs money. This is a project for one of my clients who is completely legitimate, so I am looking to hire a professional to sort this out. Name your price. No offense to anyone, but I'm not looking to hire someone who just read 7878's thread - I am looking for someone with a proven track record because again, this is VERY important to my client, and it is VERY urgent.

Just to clarify - not looking for negative SEO on the undesirable results. Looking to rank positive or neutral ones so that the negative ones are pushed to page 3 or lower.

Are there a lot of positive results that already are ranking or does new positive content need to be created? If there isn't a lot of positive content or profiles yet, I would start building those out right away. There are services like Knowem.com that help with building profiles and asset sites quickly in large quantities.
