The IP will always be somewhere from US .. California and Kansas city is what we use the most as much I have send the Team doing and Phone and IP location might or might not match so it depends on the availability !!
But yea it wont be an issue as long the nation is same hence if you are planning to go ahead with US PVAs then these will serve you perfectly
