If you purpose is to convert the reader or engage the reader it would fall under authority. For our seo rate its more for lightly researched topics.

Hi, if you mean by rewriting yes, but we dont do an exact sentence by sentence rewrite. For rewrites, our writers read the article then write a new one based on what they remember from memory and glancing at the original material on occasion.
