I have a very good idea for gambling site. where i can really double money of winners. and also earn money in this process.

but the thing is...how do I know whether its legal, do's and don't, and If I want to operate it how do I operate it without going against any LAW.

Where are you located, where are you planning to run your servers and what countries are you planning on accepting? It can be quite difficult to setup. There are a whole lot of things to take into consideration.

Do you mean you want to open an actual online casino, or just sell a method??
If it is anything other than poker bots, and just want to sell an ebook than just put a disclaimer that the ebook is only for information purposes you should have any probs..

lets go with trial and error... ill gladly put up some cash if its going to be doubled. And all gambling and casino sites do is ban and freeze any funds if you are caught violating there TOS. Which covers everything from cohersion to cc fra ud.

You need a gaming license ($10,000 - $250,000/year) & you can only host in a handful of data centers which are gaming friendly.

A few options would be:

- Kahnawake, Quebec
- Isle of Man
- Antigua

This hosting companies are extremely expensive and you are looking at a minimum of $25,000 just for monthly rackspace.

now I want to use this online it is simple betting

well this is in long run loyal players i can help them win their money they lost in my betitng game and make them win extra money...without cheating anyone or without any fraud..

just from betting...
