That really depends. In some cases yes, in some no. It's hard to know without seeing it.

I was kind enough to grab review copy from OP, and he could delivered service within 2-3 business days, with PDF report i got scan whole details about my business site, no of pages, IP address , SQL database summery and may more details of my site and it said my site is secured,

so in my opinion you may have this service when you created new site to get quality of site and increase the security of your site and review your whole site within 24 hours instead of wasting your time
