1. Do my location have to do anything when using the account? I mean, do I have log-in with a VPN to the account from the location from which it was created?
2. Can I use the same website for creating ads on multiple accounts?

Last time when i tried Bing ads, they asked me to add Primary payment method first and then only i can redeem a coupon that i had.(Entropay VCC did not worked at that time)

My question is:To Redeem a Coupon one must have Primary Payment Method first Right?

1) You can Run upto 3 Accounts per IP. ( I have other tricks to run more accounts on same IP)
2) Yes you can start your campaign as soon as you want.
3) You can do the both. As first question answers half of the 3rd question.
