Hi guys !
Following Reinstecker's method "Make money with (Porn) Auto blogs & Social media accounts" ( Link Here ) , I decided to try it myself, adding my own twists, and hopefully making some dough.
Why this thread ?
My main motivation in starting this thread is getting you guys' feedback on what I'm doing, what I could improve, sharing experiences etc. But also to keep me motivated, because it won't happen in 1 month, and I will need to force myself posting here at least 2 or 3 times a week, and see the results along the way.
This is not a METHOD thread, this is a journey. I'm willing to share as much information as possible from my work, but I might keep some twists for myself, because every recipe has it's own secret ! If some information are already in Reinstecker thread, I'll refer you to it.
So far what did I do ? + More informations about my sites.
1/ I've set up 5 automated blogs on 2 different domains. I'm using RSS feed to populate my sites. What's different from the original method :
- I'm using "Auto Post Scheduler" instead of "Draft Scheduler" for some reason that I can't recall, but it works well for me.
- I've added the "Share Buttons by AddtoAny" over and under each image.
- I'm using WP Robot 4 for the feeds, it's really more convenient and cutomizable than the free plugins.
- I'm not using twitter as source of traffic. Tumblr & Stumbleupon + (secret source) only.
- I have added AdBlock blocker to track stats of people using adblock.
2/ I use a dedicated server. 1TB Hard drive, 8gb of Ram, Ublimited bandwith at 100mpbs. Only 1 IP.
3/ In terms of ad placement I have :
- Crakrevenue in Header, Under Post and Footer on each site.
- Juicy Ads in pop under
- Plugs from plugrush on the sidebar of each site (Not monetizing them, only traffic trade)
- Pop under from plugrush.
What I learned yet :
- StumbleUpon is shit. Brongs almost no traffic and bounce rate is really high.
- You have to really optimize your site theme in order to make it good looking. You have to make people want to stay on it, browse more pages. You can track that with the Pageview/User & the Bouncerate in GA
- Adblock represents around 20% of the visits of my sites, which is huge considering 50%+ of visits are from mobile.
- Organic traffic doesn't represent much yet. Maybe cause I didn't spin the title.
My questions :
- Considering the mobile traffic representing 50% of the population, I'm thinking about the mobile redirect from plugrush (pays good). On the other side, it means being deindexed from google. I don't have much google traffic so it wouldn't be a big problem here, but what if I spinned the title ? Would I get a lot ?
Results ?
Almost nothing yet. I've been modifying my blogs a lot, almost everyday, changing the ads, appearance, theme functions etc etc to fit to my needs. That's also the reason i'm not scaling it up, because for each modification, I have to go through the 5 sites and do it too. It's time consuming and I couldn't imagine doing it on 25 sites for example.
Here are my stats until now:
Note 1: Please be advised that it took me forever to set up the site like i wanted (until yesterday).
Note 2: My GA stats are GMT+1 which are dfferent from Juicy Ads, Plugrush and crakrevenue, there might be a 7 hours difference which can explain some weird figures.
Extra : I get about 3 to 4% CTR on the plugs on the sidebar.

My next move ?
- I find my CTR on CR banners pretty good, but convertion is not that great, so I'm looking maybe for another offer.
- I would like to achieve at least $1 CPM UV and I'm far away from that. Any tips would be appreciated.
