Just got my first mont's report and two things stand out:
1. They have a quality over quantity mentality. On the report I see high quality links rather than just a list of spammy shit
2. They use very clever and natural anchor text in addition to the main keywords. Many services that claim to offer anchor diversity simply use "click here" and other generic anchors that everyone else uses. They get very creative and they truly are natural.
The terms I gave them are very competitive and I didn't expect to be on top from this alone. What this has done is give this site a nice base to build on.
The reports and communication are top notch and the work I have seen is quality.

I was lucky enough to get a chance to review this service. I tested it on a site I had just bought - had been ranking well for years and I have done no other work on it. Even though it is still early days, I have seen minor improvements on most keywords, which is what you would expect from a WH service.
The dashboard and automated rank tracking reports for this service are excellent. Clearly professionally done so you know you're not working with a one-man band. Really useful if you just want a set and forget service for sites that aren't going to get your constant attention (like in my case).
Communication is always 10/10 with Tommy. Never had an issue getting hold of him and the advice is always sensible - no over-promising and realistic with what can be expected.

I mentioned shortly after the service began that the interface and communication were both as great as you would expect, and in the month since, the interface and reports have gotten even better. This clearly wasn't a "set it up and forget it" project; they're still working on improving the user experience.
The report provided after the month was over was quite good. It's not big on numbers for the sake of numbers - there were about 50 total links. BUT - the links are really good ones. They're hand-done with good content, on high-PR and diverse sites and platforms. It's obvious this isn't a "dazzle them with quantity" approach, it's solid "white hat" stuff for the long haul.
The site I gave t0mmy is in an extremely competive niche and hasn't had much done to it, and I only expected these links to provide a nice foundation for future link building. To my surprise, though, in the last week the site has broken into the top 300 for its major keyword. From a quality, slow-and-steady type of service, that was an unexpected and very nice bonus in month 1.
