Your best bet would be using a LP though. Direct linking rarely works in the adult niche.

Accounts that use adfly links in their caption end up getting automatically shut down every 2 weeks by their spam filters.

The NSFW Tumblr method is extremely saturated and won't really give you much unless you constantly make more accounts to keep up with the bans.

Non nude niches typically last longer as after Yahoo bought Tumblr they started cracking down on affiliate marketing, especially with porn.

Also, with adfly you get less than 2 dollars per thousand, while with CrakRevenue and most other programs you get 10 times that amount.

Don't kill yourself for pennies.
