How to avoid ban from facebook fake account

Hello. I had fake facebook account and use it to moderate and post in my facebook group because I don't wanna to reveal my true name. Now there are few persons and they are jelly because I have popular group and they reported my account and It get deleted. Then I created new account and I was reported too and facebook ask to verify my name... So how can I avoid this? How can I use account with fake name and won't get banned or be asked to verify my name or is there some solution? P.S. Sorry for my bad english

Perhaps you should move from how to avoid it to how to bypass it by getting someone to photoshop you the docs. Even my real account got this verification.

2- Create facebook fan page and try to promote it , with real and frequent posts Under ur fake account as admin.
3- try to play games in ur account, add video , images and like share other pages and write status regularly .

I've tried both methods, creating accts and going straight to advertising, and others I'd play games, like things, just derp around and then eventually go for the ads...seeing the same resistance either way :-/

1. Why even manage a facebook group in the first place? Does it make you money? Perhaps you should completely avoid it.
2. Photoshop the documents. (If you can't do it, then get someone on freelancer, blackhatworld, or fiverr to do it)
3. If possible, buy a "verified" account.

It seems creating and using dummy accounts is the norm now. I don't get why they ban users, especially the ones that make them money. I can understand breaking the TOS, but if you aren't why ban. Doesn't make sense.
