Sorry but all i can said about the samples he sent me: Is he serious ?
The 2 blogs were only 5 months old, one had 4 backlinks which 3 of them got deleted according to Majestic.
the other blog had 0 backlinks. Be careful, i would use this kind of links maybe as tier 3 or lower

Am closing this thread as for now I don't have blogs with the metrics as mentioned in the sales page.. Will be back when I get those back.. I can't satisfy my customers with this as I cant deliver like what I mentioned..
