I had gotten an error message as apparently I had an old version installed but after updating to the latest version by doing what their rep stated above, works again.

So to anyone with an issue, just try that as suggested.

For those having problems with proxies, it looks like HMA proxies (daily e-mail proxies) work pretty well for the low volume users.

I just started free trial and I am already having problems. It always fails to analyse keywords. I tried using over 150 proxies, but it says that all of them are banned by google. I'm using latest version btw.

The current version is stable. There are some instances when UNF has issues with virtual machines, but this is not very common.
