The 1st thing you can try is to disconnect from the internet and try a system restore to maybe a week or so ago, before you downloaded all the programs you're talking about. If that doesn't work, use another PC to download Malwarebytes. Then save the setup.exe to a CD. Disconnect the infected computer from the internet and use the CD to install Malwarebytes while you're offline, and then run the scan. If you don't have a 2nd PC to do this, download the setup for Malwarebytes, and then disconnect from the internet on the infected computer and install it.
Your best bet will be to just reformat your PC if you can. Malwarebytes is an excellent free tool, but there's no guarantee that it'll clean your PC perfectly, so if it's at all possible, just turn off your PC and reformat it. The system restore should work as well, but keep in mind that you'll lose any exe's that were downloaded during the time period that you'll be restoring to, so if you know that any of them are clean, and you want to keep them, you should save them before doing the restore. It won't mess up any text files or anything, so you shouldn't have to worry there. Good luck though.
