How do I create my own Affiliate Program?

I want to make my company an Affiliate program based on CPA...

if you want to create a normal affiliate program for your company, there is a few Wordpress plugins for affiliate programs.

if you want to make a CPA affiliate program , keep in mind that you need to close a few deals with advertisers also.

I'd recommend looking into having your affiliate program on an already establish platform (eg CB) rather than creating your own - it'll be much easier to get affiliates. Affiliates tend not to trust new affiliate programs; they'd rather go with a platform that has a proven track record.
