How do I add a content locker to my html landing page?

Firstly, Merry Christmas to everyone! I wish you best of luck and lots of joyful moments!

Secondly, as the title says I'm experiencing little difficulties with setting up a content locker on my html landing page. I'm using FileIce and CleanFiles if this matters at all. Now some of you may tell me to use the search feature, but I already did and found nothing. Honestly I have no idea from where I should start and I'm looking forward to your feedback and suggestions. I'm in need of a CPA content locker. I want when they click the [Download] button on my landing page the content locker to appear.
