My review:

I received a nice review package from the OP since he was kind enough to give me one. Gave it within 2-3 days so delivery time is not an issue (expect to wait a bit closer to what he promises in the OP, as those packages are larger than the review package I got).
I didn't have a problem with communication because I never had to contact him. However, I felt that he was readily available whenever I needed him.

Link quality was nice. I got a web 2.0 and a guest post. The web 2.0 isn't spun at all (at least I don't think), but they don't seem written by a native writer or it's not well researched. Despite that, it is still somewhat readable and doesn't feel like it came from another source (unique).

The guest post was also fair quality. Not top of the line researched, but not spun either. So great value there. You get what you pay for.

Also on top of that I got some social signal links from Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc pointing to the guest post and web 2.0.

Overall, I love the service and might consider buying a package some time. I do have some suggestions for the OP, considering this is a fairly new service. Check them out below, I'm sure plenty of prosepective customers you may have would love to see these small additions to your service.

- Provide more social signals (a couple more to the money site, and a few more pointing to the guest posts/web 2.0s)
- Provide tier 2 links. I know this is not a complete package and it is tremendous value. But I'd love to see more strength added to the guest posts/web 2.0s, on top of the authority they already have.

In all, the above is not a deal breaker at all. You get a ton of value, quality, authority, and amazing link juice going to your page that Google absolutely loves.
