So I just stole this guy's iPhone 6

Problem is, he has my home address, proof over instagram that I stole it, he still has his imei number (the whole iphone box) and the icloud account password (its in lost mode).

Any tips on how to dodge a bullet and still be able to use this iPhone? Sell it perhaps, then steal another one and sell that one too, then buy a new one for myself using the money from those two?
