Need a website made! Easy job for the right guy

Hello guys, i am looking for a guy/girl who can create a website for me, the website i need is a site like 99designs. a site that you can go to and create a "new job" like a logo design etc and people can come and upload their drafts for the designs and the guy who posted the job can then pick which one he wants.
Please leave your price or PM me and we can talk, i dont have a very large budget for this so please bare that in mind.
PS the site content is gonna be made in a diffrent language than englsih, but we will figure that out together.

Quite amazed you need a site like 99Designs but don't have budget for that

Yep. This is different that a 5 pages wordpress site...which could eventually be considered easy I guess? But even some wordpress sites are extremely complex so that's a bad example. Also, my personal advice is, don't buy a clone of 99designs because you could possibly end up with lots of problems including security issues and such.
