tom thnx for your input at least you were a bit helpfull , but the 100k do not come from imports nor exports so there is no actual paperwork to show paypal , i just needed to know what other methods would paypal have since i read that they like to hold funds as much as possible regardless if you;re legit or not . basicly i show them my id , plus adress , plus tax code , can i withdraw to some other means besides banck account and convert to bitcoins ? or spread slowly through gambling sites and etc....

Like someone said, if you know as much as you think you know, you wouldn't be asking these questions

The revenue can not be hidden once it hits paypal, but there are lots of things you can do that is legal. For example. Let's say I'm buying widget in china for $3 and selling for $10 in us. The widget has a 10% import duty from China but no duty from Philippines. If you import directly you pay $3 + $0.50 tax so you're paying tax on $6.50 in gross profits in US taxes. So what you do is set up a paper company in Philippines to buy these widget at $3 and sell it to your US company at $9, and your US operations has just made $1 per sale instead of $6.50.

There are a LOT of creative things you can do to shift profits to where the laws are favorable to you, and profit shifting is just one method to avoid tax liability.

That is pretty interesting. So you have the Chinese supplier ship the goods first to your "company" in the Philippines who will act as the importer and then ship it on to the US and acting as the exporter ?

Or they can just drop ship to me in US or other destinations, depending on what it is. But some things you do have to physically bring into Philippines to re-export

Well then how would $100K show up in your paypal?

being legit or not would make a huge difference. If you're legit, paypal isn't going to hold your money for mysterious reasons

if the funds are legit, there's no reason to go through all the hoops to withdraw

Why is it that people who don't make money are so concerned about NOT paying taxes?

When you make $100k a year as a business owner and you do your taxes legally and properly, you pay about $10k in taxes, maybe less. As an employee you pay about $35k to $38K in taxes with a $100K a year income.

W2 folks pay all the taxes, don't worry about paying taxes 'when you are rich', the 'rich' don't really pay much.

You have about a dozen MORE important things to overcome first, like making this money.

Lol this is funny.... the rich write off more. But they definitely pay more. I have a few family friends that pay over a mill in taxes each year... if that's "really not paying much" then we need to talk! And no they don't share with me -_-

If you import by ship, the rates are ridiculously cheap, compared to air post. I mean you can fit a LOT of stuff in a 40' container.

Even if somehow you were able to withdrawl that from paypal, assuming the stealth account allowed it, have fun when you get audited by the IRS wondering how you made a down payment on a house, and only paid $253 in taxes the year before working at Walmart. Well "laundering" money is always illegal, there is no form of legal money laundering.

About avoiding taxes all you can do is get paid in some tax heaven like the major corps all do. Google and Facebook have offices in Ireland for the sole purpose of lawfully avoiding taxes.
