Is there Traffic Cheaper Than Adfly?

Currently, you can buy "real people" worldwide (non-proxy) traffic on Adfly at a $0.40 CPM

Does anyone know of a place that is even cheaper than this?

I'm experimenting with some lead gen strategies for Adfly and would like to continue my testing on other networks, but I can't find anything with these rates (or lower).

Adfly can give you a million real visitors for U$ 400 ? I seriously doubt it.

Zeropark, dntx, and probably other similar sites have $0.4-0.5 cpm traffic for really low value countries (Iran, etc). I think much lower than that price you're only going to find fraud or 1 pixel traffic.

The problem with ADFLY is the quality of traffic. Really really bad. I've tried to monetized this network a few times but i never succeeded.
I think it can work out if you want to build something on your own. Not thinking about making a buck right away as it's real traffic for sure.
Keep in mind that it's blind traffic so it cannot be good.

I didn't find anyone selling traffic cheaper. There proxy traffic is by far the cheapest traffic you can get online.

I forgot, lots of CPA networks (if not all) don't want this traffic by the way. So be careful

Maybe porn traffic... but to be honest, I've not heard of any that sell traffic for less than $1-2 US / CPM.

This thread was just to see if there were "Cheaper" sources out there than $0.40 CPM with Adfly. Not a discussion on whether the source is quality or not.

Then I think hitleap.com might be the cheapest.

For 9$ if you set each viewer to view the page for 10 seconds you can get 54,000 views.

Hitleap has delivered over 90,000,000,000 visits already so they're pretty good.

The only nonproxy sources for $.40 cpm is from Thailand,Vietnam and Indoesnia. It doesn't seem like quality traffic at all.
