Go to website where you buy hosting and search for button "contact us"

probably a host timeout if the site was working before......the site has problem communicating with your mysql database basically

if you'r using wordpress check your wp-config.php

Your mysql connection setup might be wrong on the wp-admin.php or your DB server might be wrong.

Your web host probably gave you mysql setup instructions. Just copy those onto wp-admin.php

Their is so many things:

if its previous working but suddenly now show error, probably:
1. mysql server down, restart Apache
2. Else you changed Db username/password

if its first time you added site and Shows error
1. your username and passsword, dbname configuration is wrong
