That's what I though initially but after doing some research I found that webhosting hub aren't really bad.
Most reviews rates them average above bluehost and hostgator.
Anyways you also get a free domain and it's all free so yeah.

But anyways you'll have to register yourself to their newsfeed. They check before they send the coupons.

So I checked and it basically cost you 21.99/year because they also forced to give you domain privacy for 9.99/year and data backup for 12.00/year.
Nothing is free.

What do you mean it failed?
Was your not registered or not verified? To verify my order I had to call them.
I did get one free domain plus hosting. Plus the site offering the offer looks pretty legit too.

It's not a scam. I got a free domain and a one year hosting. They do call you asking basic questions like what your website will be about, etc. Very nice deal!

This was my first good share in this great community and frankly I was even expecting a few thanks but you guys...
Anyways for people calling to a scam, wpbusinesstips is pretty much a legit site and Web Hosting Hub are very popular in the US. Way better than Bluehost or Hostgator.
Anyways for people who still think this is some scam(duh!), here is my billing screenshot.
