Cant Follow userts but no block/any message

i try to follow some users on ig and when i click on the "follow" bottom is turn to green but after 1 sec its turn back to white like i no follow this user and i dont get any error or message from ig..

if you unfolow many people on day, you get 24 hours that you cant follow anyone.
You cant make the follow think.
Follow you one, and the another unfollow.

i KNow that but i dont get some message from ig i get blocked or some else..

New but i see something whierd..

when i try to following with my user in the ig app i cant
but if i use the same user but in the ig website i can follow people..
i try to remove and download the ig app to my iphone and the problem dont solved

I used to face the same problem as your, I think you go beyond the limit of new account, it won't let you follow and it won't show you any massage if you use it on phone, just wait and then follow again.

Try doing nothing for a few days. This could probably help lift your limits...
