Which proxy is needed to post on kijiji

I couldn't post on kijiji.Not even with free us proxy.
Can anybody help me by telling me what should i do to post on kijiji.

And how much does a proxy software comes for???

I cannot post as well. All of the u.s anon ptroxies I have used do not work (I receive red X - thank you for posting) message. Kijiji has blacklisted a crapload of u.s proxies and barely any of them work anymore.

Does anyone have any recommended proxy sources?
