if you are looking for some people to do some link building or any other boring shit, there will always be people on dp who will do that for you for a few dollars. mostly asian kids or something.

as long as you screen a bit and keep the good ones happy you can build a freakin outsourcing army there for pennys.

I found BHW before DP, actually I didn't know what DP was until today, after a visit I concluded with that it sucked, but good for selling crappy 1-page e-book for 5$ *writing crappy e-books*

Arbitrage is pretty much making money out of the difference in price. For example you can spend a bit of money buying articles and then either sell them on for more or use them to make more money in some other way.
