Facebook Group Poster - How To Protect My Account?

Hello friends, i'm posting every 5 minutes here to one group which i'm member with one software here... (i have 25 groups member)

After 2 days my account asked phone verification to confirm my account

I'm afraid to get my account banned or deleted...

Anyone know what is good way to protect my account to not get deleted?

You need to post to the groups at the frequency that a real person does and find more groups. Every 5 minute is too spammy.

Yes but i post for example first group and go to next group... i back to that first group after 25 posts x 5 minutes... understand me?

First group....wait 5 minutes... Second group....wait 5 minutes... it back to first group after post in all orthers groups
