Hello,

I bought this locker but it's not mobile responsive at-all. It's very bad to know that when maximum of the traffic is from Mobile nowadays, It's not updated yet to the best and most needed feature that is mobile responsiveness.

I don't understand one thing that if it supports mobile offers then why there is no mobile responsiveness.

Also, If for mobile responsiveness I have to hire your team then I would like to have the money back. Because if we have to pay for this It's better we use the default network's lockers which are mobile responsive as they would do it for free (customization on their lockers) but yeah I think Inno should add it in this product.

I was expecting very much from this :( Disappointed!

Thanks

Hello,

Yes, the script's default templates are not mobile responsive yet.
I am nowhere advertising it as mobile responsive, so maybe You missed to check out the exact features of the product.

Sure, You just been refunded

I'm not mistaken at all. Because I read the thread messages and I found that you said you will release the mobile responsiveness in few days!

Any one here can design for me a nice content locker from MCL?

I own MCL for a few weeks and while I do think it's a great script with a lot of potential it still isn't the complete solution that will make me move my landing pages to it. Before buying this script please consider these few things which MCL lacks:

1. Responsiveness

The lockers made with Mighty Content Locker are not responsive. This is a top priority for concern considering that a large percent of the traffic is coming from mobile and trends are showing that it's significantly increasing every single day. If you're sure that your traffic is at least 95%+ desktop and will stay that way than you may consider MCL.

2. Mobile Offers Management

This one goes hand in hand with the first one. The offers are being imported through CSV, no support for direct import from any network's API. You have to choose mobile offers manually in excel first and then upload them separately so you can mark them as mobile which makes it a living hell if you want to promote multiple offers (or all offers from a network/s). The CSV import of offers is so outdated that every network that I went to ask for help denied me and told me to opt my software into accepting their JSON or XML.

3. Updating Offers

I usually update the offers once or twice a month, but when that time comes in MCL it's a nightmare. It only supports importing by a CSV file and you have to manually choose what field in that CSV represents what. There is no direct support for any particular network. No XML, no JSON support. And what's worse MCL is not able to recognize and merge the new offers with the existing ones. This means that you will have to completely remove all existing offers first(btw you can remove 200 offers at a time only) and then upload new ones. This will delete all your valuable EPC Statistics that you've gathered throughout the previous month and so you won't be able to show the best performing offers to your visitors after each update you do. And the more frequently you update your offers the less you will be able to show your best performing offers. You will need to show random offers every time you update the offers until you gather enough data so you can sort them by EPC and just when you have gathered enough it will be time for an update again and bam your statistics have been reset.

4. Link Lockers

As you probably know, all major networks offer link lockers now which are very popular. I know that the purpose of MCL is to design your own pages on which you should present the offers which should be more flexible, but offering only one type of javascript type of content locker limits your options on how/where you can display your offers. This is a somewhat outdated solution because content lockers in this form are being recognized as surveys and are being avoided most of the time. Link lockers presented on a whole page are the way to go now.

These are some of the things I definitely think MCL should upgrade immediately in order to improve and stay with current trends. Otherwise it makes it nothing better than any other content locker script. It definitely won't help you improve your CTR in the current state. You're far better off sticking with a single network lockers, considering so many of them have upgraded in that field. In order to retain it's name and stay competitive with the so many options the leading networks offer (CPALead, AdworkMedia, CPAGrip..), MCL has to upgrade a lot of stuff. Until that day comes I will keep using single network for all my lockers..

A very well said and honest review about the MCL. :) I'm happy at-least someone gave the genuine review here!

Does this do Mobile Content locking?

Yes, it works just fine on mobile and has support for mobile offers, however the locker design is not yet responsive, but shows like any normal web page viewed on mobile device

one last question, can do you viral social content locking with this? share on fb? tweet x amount of times ect?

This is just a content locking script, the marketing you do it by yourself..

I don't think content locking on FB is allowed..

No no I dont mean that,

I mean if I put the content locker on my site i want to lock instead of putting a cpa offer, CAn I put Share on FB, Like on FB to unlock page, or Tweet to unlock page ect.

No, that is not possible. This locker is about offers only

1. Do you have an API system for offers, manual csv work as stated in the above example is a lot of work + you can loose your old data.... or is the API system an add-on that you buy?
2. Can it refresh offers across all networks to check if they've expired each day automatically & save the already gathered data as a variable so it wont be deleted with the daily auto offer update?

So can you tell me if you have these features entailed with MCL right now or are these planned in further MCL updates?

Awaiting your reply

Sorry, there are no API functions to communicate with the CPA networks

Yes, there are plans to be added such, however I can't say a timeframe as I never do so
