Need someone to make a Facebook APP

Basically, the user enters the website and when he clicks on the "Play" button of a Youtube video, he is asked to log in to Facebook in order to allow an app.
If he allows it , he can watch the video and every video that he watches on that website will be automatically shared to facebook. (URL of the post) . I need this app to be compatible with wordpress if possible.

I have a script where the Youtube video plays for x amount of seconds and a share button appears to ask them to share to continue watching. It doesn't need permission to allow an app, just a share button.

I alredy have a video locker for wordpress (It's a free plugin). I would like an app since it gives more control and the user doesn't know about the share (He just clicks "Allow app" once)

I think social lockers are plugins like the one I mentioned above your post. This is different.
