Paypal - sending money question

Without going in to a long winded explanation as to why I do things the way I do I often send money to people via PayPal and when I do I will select the option that says, "I'm sending money to family and friends" to avoid that person having to pay a fee on the money. I realize I'm giving up "buyer protection" with this.

The amount I send is nearly always the same and some days I will do this as many as 10 times per day.

Anyone know if this is in violation of TOS or PayPay will take issue with this?

They'll come down on you after a time if they notice a lot of gift or 'friends and family' payments.

If you are doing it with many objects you buy it can be suspicious, if you are doing it with a few persons this is not a big problem, however it is a violation of TOS of course.

The problem comes when they see you do it multiple times a day, every day. That's when they're going to look into your account as being suspicious.

And there's always this too. It's happened to a couple people I know.

Is there anyway around the 21 day old PayPal puts on money you send to people?

I need to be able to send them the money and have them have access to it right away.

There is no hold on the money unless you are paid on an eBay sale
They hold the money to make sure you're not a scammer or something like that
But if you provide a tracking number to your eBay sale, you'll get your money after 3 days
