Ideas Needed Please Help If You Can.

Hi guys I`m in need of a bit of help and hope that by sharing this with all of you that it might help me clear up my head of all the confusion and lack of proper thinking straight. Here it goes I need help in figuring out how to sell websites which are unique very unique. You see I built a bunch of localized websites that help small to medium sized companies in the local area get leads. My problem is i suck at running these business and want nothing to do with them except to make money by selling them and give maybe 30 days of support to the new owners to get them up and running.

I can produce 100`s of these sites in a short period of time and keep the same system in place for each new owner, BUT HOW?

Should I sell them on flippa, ebay, CL and I dont have time to deal with selling them is there a place to sell the whole business at once etc. Thanks for your help in advance..

Very interesting. First depends on how those webistes are realized and costs. This identify different kind of audience. You can think to post this service on Fiverr, or oDesk maybe.

If the cost of each website is high and the quality is high, you should in my opnion promote the service to some WebAgency, maybe they are interested on buy cheaper good quality website to resell to people. Don't say that you create them in a small amount of time

Good clients can be also who work on create Private Blog Network, maybe they will gives you the domain and you build the websites.

I thought about that but to be honest I`m not the kinda person who likes to deal with customers, I`m real good at coming up with ideas and putting them together but get bored with the business a few weeks after. Plus I dont know if it is possible to sell the whole business at once or just the one business at a time....
