I have faced this before and I am still in this business. I know that competitors like you can go even lower than this...My work will talk my customers dont need to believe my words

I agree. I've been in this business for a bit over 9 years now, spoke with this guy over Skype and would like to know more. I mean, if he can provide real traffic then this world is changing.
I showed him my analytics with over 2 million unique users per week (owner of one of the biggest sites in Sweden), talked about budget which was a bit over $125.000 for social marketing December-February. Asked to know a bit more or at least give me a taste of the traffic.
The response I got was "find someone else". I mean, if he can provide what he says he just threw out a business worth over a 100 grand. No, this is not legit, period.
