There's new law in my country that all internet activity will be monitored by some company.. next month they'll will be able to do everything they want, for example if they think that you doing something what average people doesn't do (watching stupid videos, chatting with stupid friends about stupid stuff like relationships, cats & dogs etc.) they will be able to shut down your internet connection, come to your house take your pc and so on.. Since I'm doing IM that shit is disturbing.. I'm not doing anything illegal, but fuck it, I want to be completely anonymous on the internet.. So maybe you can recommend any eBook on how to be 100% anonymous, or maybe you know places where i can hire some hacker dude to do everything for me.. Or much easier option is just to move to other country?

and please don't tell me to buy hidemyass account.. changing your IP will do nothing.. it's not 1999 anymore..

Is this India you are talking about?

Since I too was told in a workshop by top hacker that -

- Porn will be banned.
- Abusive language is banned.

And if you are violating the rules you will receive a letter from the government.

Wonder how bad they want us to stop fapening. I am sure it was just a blind bluff, but given what's going on after our new PM took oath, they are sure gonna try to put curb on these activities.

how about bitcoin ? is bitcoin banned in your country ?
if not.. buy bitcoin from your local place and convert to paypal by selling your BTC.
Code:
https://localbitcoins.com/country/LT
I don't like fake US paypal account due to many security like must put ssn.
good way if you also search proxy like your fake paypal country ID..

thanks , i'll try bitcoins

I would say that there is no 100% way of being anonymous, well there is one way but that involves pulling the plug on your modem.
There will always be a way to be found if you are online - even if you buy gift cards at a local shop in cash, my money is that shop will have CCTV. Okay, fairly difficult to trace back from that card being used online to the shop you bought it from but you can bet your ass someone will have a way of figuring it out. Maybe the card number is recorded against certain shops, that cuts down some legwork.

Anyway, could ramble on for days..........if you are online, however small, there is distinct probability that you can be traced. Would love to be wrong though.

tor, proxy, ssh tunnel, double vpn, dedicated servers, so many ways to be anonymous, just choose one or combine them.

I believe stupid laws can only be passed by stupid politicians and stupid politicians can make any great country suck. When that law was just being discussed, were there no groups that reacted to it? No mass rallies or something? Since you are doing IM and also need PP, I would suggest migrating over to the nearest country where no such stupid law exist. It's better to be on the safe side rather than tip-toeing the boundaries of law.

Yeah I heard Lithuania sucks, I am sorry bro. Normal I would say just get a VPN in like the UK with bitcoins and use that. But if the government is tracking ISP's, I don't know really. I mean "borrowing" other people's wifi might be your best route? I don't know if you could find a sweet spot around where you live, but I imagine that is the best idea, and even if that still hide your IP address. Good Luck!!

Do not use internet.
Do not sell or buy anything online.
Go to the jungle.
Live a life of naturist.

NO COMPANY WILL EVER TRACK YOU.

If the law is really that bad in banning online business, then you should move to another EU member nation, as you have a right to live in the other EU member nations. You really should post some articles about the law, I haven't been able to find anything so far about it banning everything except non-business activities.

be 100% open and nobody would give a fuck, thats the best way to stay anonymous, its only when you start using a vpn people start getting curious

If you get a card and wait some time before using it the footage from the CCTV will be gone, stores don't keep records long just a month usually at most and delete the footage unless the store was robbed.

A lot of tor nodes are blocked for IM and social methods. If you have VPN tunnel it encrypts the information you are receiving so your ISP will see the amount of data you use, but won't be able to see what it is.

Absolute anonymity is not possible. But practical anonymity using stealth accounts, pseudonyms, cookie clearing/proxies/VPNs where needed, using crypto-currency, and operating without using the actual name or institutional tracking number associated with you will make things logistically impossible for the Orwell squad to track you or shut you down, absent a full legal process.

The enemy is not law enforcement (you ultimately do want the cops to be able to track down real criminals), but the omni-surveillance control freak mentality that believes no one should have real financial privacy. This notion believes everybody's communications and transactions should be trackable or retrievable somewhere with the click of a mouse, with no due process. The Orwellians are trying to hardwire the entire internet, and the whole world, to conform to this idea, but by creating the many layers of pseudonym-based activity above, you can short-circuit the automated surveillance regime.
