Hey i would like to register but i wanna know something: do the AM helps new members ? Like setup account and the offers etc do they help ? Because its hard to understand for new users.. I would like someone helps me out please.

Yes our AM's are extremely helpful and can assist you with getting setup. If what you're looking for is information on how to start marketing in the CPA world, I suggest going through BHW and chatting with other Affiliates through our chatroom.

how long does approval take?

Hi Kyzcreig, we're typically through the process within 24 hours. If we have additional questions, we contact you ASAP.
More often than not, we get through things within a few business hours (we do sleep though so if you apply when its night time here, we'll get on it first thing in the AM!)

Hey Omniscience216,

Not at all! We would love to see that happen and encourage anyone to work as a referral source if that's what you're comfortable doing. Whether or not you decide to promote offers yourself at any point is your choice entirely and independent of your referrals. We've even setup an area in our platform that provides you with creatives and other resources to help generate referrals.

I tracked this with bit.ly, however when I see the referral link tracking section on the CPAlead Dashboard it says "No referral clicks" I'm sure this is incorrect, does it take time for the clicks to register? Let me know whats going on with that thanks.

Hi Omniscience,

All of the clicks are tracked in real time. We track unique (not raw) clicks as well. We haven't had any issues through the years but if there is someone who is waiting to have their application approved, you can let me know their info and I can look into it.

While we DO get applications through initial processing within 24 hours typically, that doesn't guarantee approval or rejection. Often times someone simply doesn't provide us with enough information or detail (very common). In those cases, we don't want to reject them since some of the information looks good but we don't have enough detail. We can't approve them either since they are missing something like a phone number, verified domain, address or promotional method descriptions etc.

So in these cases, we set the application to pending on our end and contact the Affiliate with follow up questions (we use their contact info provided in the application). We will wait several days attempting to contact someone periodically. If we can't get them, we eventually reject the application and invite them to re-apply (we include reasons why the app was rejected).

We've sent out multiple shipments and have gotten some really nice photos of Affiliates back wearing their shirts (its always option but we appreciate any pics you can get us!)
If you've had any problems or haven't received yours, I'd be happy to look into it.

Please note that there are a few countries where getting the packages in Affiliates hands are more challenging. Not because of the shipping but because of what happens when the packages arrive.
The Phillipines, India and a few others have had issues. Not to say it always happens but it can happen from time to time where packages are stolen or "lost" at the local post office. We have no control over that and have even changed from USPS to FedEx so that we could have as much security on the packages as possible

Just checked my account and I got two signups as my active referrals but the tracking still says "no referral clicks". I don't think the tracking is working, so far my sign up rate is 1 in 35 clicks not 2 in 0 clicks that would be impossible.

The click tracking feature may have been impacting with all of the changes we've made to the rest of the systems.
Clearly, the referral program is working well as that is always completely separate. I'll have our team queue up looking into referral click tracking shortly.
We may just disable it until then. We have it in there as an added feature since many Affiliates aren't concerned with CTR's on their referrals or have their own tracking,
but I do like the feature and we'll make sure to get it refreshed.
