Yes, you would have to just pay the additional 100$. The billing starts from the day the first ads were put up.
2. If I use a cloaker to run CPA (Direct Linking) or run campaigns like Dating which are not allowed by Facebook, can my account get banned?
Yes, cloaker and any form of tracker/affiliate links pose a risk to your account. You also run the risk of getting your cloaked/affiliate/CPA link banned by FB anytime.
3. What happens in case of account or the link getting banned?
A refund is not provided in such cases, however you are more than welcome to get the ads resetup in another account.
4. Do you provide any trial? Can I start with only 10$?
Even though there is no trial provided. You can start with as low as 1$/day in ad budget. The service fee has to be paid in full.
5. Is the ad spend included in the service fee?
No, ad spend is exclusive of the fee.

When you order, you are an estimated cost of one click/like/install that you will be paying. It can be lower than the range but never more than that. Other ad sets as well as the overall cost of the campaign is not counted & is not a fair way to judge the performance. This is because, lot of ads sets are created for testing purposes. Tapjoy installs are incentivised. The installs from Facebook are not. These are real, non-incentivised installs. Installs from Tapjoy will have a very low retention rate compared to Facebook where people have proven to open the app twice after installing it. Abradabra started working on the project about a day ago. The delay i credit to New Years, so no big deal. He has communicated very well, and I'm already seeing installs. Right now getting them at an average of $0.70 per install, but know this will drop as we continue to test and refine. He created a couple dozen different ads with various targeting, so you get your moneys worth.
I'll post another update in a week or if we get the cost per install way down sooner. But so far so good. I can vouch Abradabra's service.
