Set up a simple portfolio site (your own domain, or Blogger, whatever) to display samples of your writing, or other freelance work. Use that portfolio to advertise your work as you post on freelance sections and sites, to speed up your ability to set up deals. Set up accounts with 3-4 paid writing mill sites, and write about 5-6 articles a day, which at $5 or so should get you $25 a day, or $150 a week.
You could also go for 'big game' in your writing, and submit 4-5 articles a week to various writing sites paying $30, or much more per article. Here's one list of resources:

On Fiverr, think of semi-automating gig completion by getting software or other apps that can help you finish tasks in 10-15 minutes or so. Find 12-15 bots or programs that can do this for different jobs, and create gigs for all of them. Here's one example, using only an animation app:

If you can fit it in, start creating a couple of minisites per month that can support monetization from several directions. If the immediate need is fast money, that can mean using affiliates that pay direct to Paypal (JVZoo, Rapbank, et al). If you use Adsense, try to design the site to support CPA offers that correspond to your chosen niche (so if Adsense bans you, you can switch the site over to a CPA site).
