Are you allowed to have the same person apply for multiple offers thru the same CPA co?

What is a good script for setting up multiple offers to the same visitor?

You could always contact your AM and simply ask her what she thinks. If you have a good relationship with your Ams vs just black hatting their ass and getting banned, you can legally get away with so much more.

I have one Am from a 1st tier network who lets me run PPV to all of their offers (where PPV is completely not allowed).

Asking is not an inditement of action.

I think it depends on the advertisers. If an advertiser has three different offers running through a network, they may only pay you for one lead, even if your prospect does all three offers. But if the offers are from three different advertisers, I don't see you couldn't get paid on all the offers.

if it's a whitehat-ish method that you'd be employing, show your AM ahead of time so it won't look fraud-like on their compliance reports. but be aware the same IP doing multiple conversions WILL show up on networks' compliance stuff, so this may get you unwanted attention even if it's "ok"
