Need paypal help.

I have made paypal accounts in the past and need some help with the issue that has been happening.

1 When I make a new account they hold anything I make from my site for 21 days and 5 transactions $150 and 60 days as a good seller customer support ect.
2. During that time my account has gotten limited for selling on my website. (They list the URL in the limited e-mail) I sell digital goods and services that do not require shipping.

My question is how can I work around these and get my site from what seems to be a target? Thanks in advance for any help.

Looks like I would still have to have a paypal account to accept paypal payments. Wouldn't that still put me in the same situation?

Just do a money request instead of invoice. Similar thing and you get the money the same day. At least on a US PayPal.

A money request I must be at the PC to send them. My current system someone opens a invoice on my site and pays it themselves and they are given access to what they pay for through the system.

They have a minimum threshold, not really sure if it adjusts per person, but I get paid once a week from them via ACH.

WHy don't you just verify your account by linking a bank account and a credit card ?
