Lead Capturing - Autofill/AutoPopulate Help

Hey guys, I am looking to do something fairly straight forward but need a little help being pointed in the right direction. I'm not sure if theres a product or a script existing already for this, but I couldn't find any.

I am looking to capture lead info using a form on my website, and when the user fills its out and hits submit, it fills in that info on a Real Offer/Orderpage.

I know this is easily done, because people do it. I just don't know where to start, do I get it custom scripted? Or is there something out there.

Example:

My Site with Order form to buy something, that has the same fields as the Order form of an offer I am promoting. With these fields; name, zip, number, email.

Then user fills out the form on my site clicks submit...and it gets automatically filled on the Offers website forn, hits the submit button on there site and they get redirected to the Real offers; page 2, or thankyou page.

I am not looking to just I-Frame an offer on my website, I am looking to capture Lead Info.

This can be done at server side using PHP.

Lookup "php forms", "form submission", "PHP POST http request" "php curl post http request"

As I understand you want form on your site, that is the same as CPA offer and will generate you direct profits when somebody fill the data and click submit instead clicking on banner or text link, that leads to aff. offer.
No need PHP script - they play with the HTML source too.
Go on your CPA offer page (click on your affiliate link). Copy the form code from the CPA page source code. Right click-->View page source code
It will open the source code in browser. Use Ctrl+f to search and find <form>. Copy the source code from <form> to </form> (including <form> and </form>) and paste this code into txt widget on wordpress or paste the code in the page you want it to appear. If form's action looks like this (must be near to <form ....):

or
[case2]action="something.php"
[case3] action="http:/domain.tld/aff/something.php"
In case1 just replace ".." with the domain (e.g. submit.php with htt//domain.tld/submit.php)
In case2 replace "something.php" with the path to the url until the last ''/" (e.g if the url is something like domain.tld/aff/something.php?efweEREgEr=sd3egderf&f43=$gr3g34&hop=dfgdsjkng , than change the url to domain.tld/aff/something.php).
In case3 do not change nothing.
The problem comes from the referrer. The vendor will see 'no referrer' on the analytics or "direct hits", which looks little skammy.

I think if you have a site in current niche with a lot of potential for targeted leads, than your affiliate manager will give you direct code to the form or custom form.

Hey thanks a ton for your reply, love the info!

I'm not worried about the referrer part. I am doing paid signups, real products and trials etc. Offers where the referrer doesn't matter.

I'm not trying to muff a "Get a $1000 Amazon Gift Card - Enter Your Email" CPA offer and make it look like something its not. lol

I'm doing legit stuff, I'm just trying to collect the same data the cpa company gets to build a list, so all that information doesn't get wasted just going to them.

I mean obviously I can do a pop-up opt-in enter email thing with optin monster or ninja popups, but I don't want that. I want them to have to fill out the information once on my form, have that be input and submitted onto the offer form, and then they'd go to page 2 of the offer and continue finishing on the offers website.

Than maybe cookies will help.
Or some layer jacker, so they will hit submit and nothing will be changed - they will see absolute the same form and will consider this as wrong mouse click and will click again. First click will save the data on your data base and the second will be for the CPA offer. It can be done trough iframe.

edit: It will need php too. So it will get the data from the first form and trough value=$_POST['name'] will complete the other. It is easy!

Then, one the visitor fills in your form, generate a page with hidden form input fields eg <input type="hidden" name="name" value="customer name">

From here you can use javascript to submit the form automatically, to the location their form would go to.
