Update!!

To-date, I've placed at least 3-4 orders with RockstarSEO. He has given me 2 #1s and at least an additional half a dozen #1 - #5 position rankings on page 1.
I do have to tell the 100% truth here. I have used Rockstar SEO's services in combination with several other link packages on BHW. Some of them were PBNs and others were web 2.0 packages. However, the 1st page jumps were after Rockstar SEO's package, so I'm pretty confident that Rockstar SEO's contribution is well over 50% in the above results I've got.

Rockstar SEO is undoubtedly my #1 go to off page SEO guy as of December 2014 - no two words!

Some of the domains were de-indexed after one of OP's clients submitted a disavow so I was left with 0 indexed URLs. And RockstarSEO said he would replace all of the links that I had. I will review this service ones more ones the Links are Live. I had good results with the service ( From 6-> 2 In the past).
