Quick Reminder For Everyone

Hey peeps,


Just a reminder to all that if somebody adds you on Skype claiming to be a staff member from BHW, make sure you get them to PM you to your inbox on here. It's so easy to get a variation of a staff members' as a Skype username.
We have had recent reports of people being lured into sending money for 'partnerships' or 'investment opportunities' and then just taking the money. While these MAY be legit from real staff, it is very rare and again, if you can just confirm who they are with a simple message, it could save you a fair amount of money.

The only username I have for now is Iknowseobhw, but if this becomes a bigger thing, I'll look to have a list of usernames updated constantly. (You can of course post here or PM me any other usernames that have tried impersonating staff)

Apart from what you mentioned, there are also a lot of members who just get your Skype from here and 'spam' their amazing services at you. Maybe something can be done about those too (like maintaining a list). It has been happening a lot off late.

If you can prove they are members here, maybe we can give infractions for selling outside the marketplace. Apart from removing your Skype from your profile, it's hard to manage/moderate.

thanks for the heads up. Same thing happened last week to a few users re skyrocket impersonator.
Hopefully now everyone can be looking out for this type of thing otherwise could lead to a lot of people being scammed by various means.

I had a feeling from the beginning it wasn't him, as he didn't have a very good grasp of English sayings.


I verified it because I Know SEO had his skype on his profile. I think all the big members should have skype on their profile so people can cross check it.

Only problem is, then there will be more and more people Skyping others with their "great opportunity to make kazillion bucks, just send me 500 dollar" messages. Would work, not saying that, but I think the PM is better for those who don't want to share their Skype publicly, like me.

It's a darn shame that people can't come up with a real money making scheme, so they resort to taking
