I need a vcc for ebay verfication. I need instant one. Not black listed.
Payment by paypal.

Anyone know where I can get one?

II got some. Its good ones too. This provider isn't used by anyone, but me so I know they are good. I verified 100+ accounts already. Send me a skype message so we can chat.

Always remember that most VCC's are issued from Indian bank accounts.

While they - most of them anyways - work fine to initially verify ebay / PP accounts it does look a bit fishy on a US PP account when someone is actually looking at it. Which, of course, will happen. A return of 60 Indian Rupees to a US dollar paypal account - not my cup of tea.

Thats interesting. I didn't know that. What about the ones sold in Walmart or some other supercenter?

I don't get mines from Walmart or anything, but the ones I have has a 7 year expiration and are still good till this day. Paypal never said anything to me about my cards. I don't think its from an indian bank account.

Did you know that when you enter the card in paypal to verify that the system can determine this right away? Well thats what happen to the first set of cards I ever used. I plugged it in and right away it wasn't accepted. I called in and found out that the system thought the cards were from canada. I find it a bit interesting that the Indian cards you are referring to can go that long before it gets detected.

Yeah, there VCC's and there are VCC's. Most of the virtuals that are offered by sellers on various forums are created on Indian bank accounts.

Most of the time PP's system will not accept the first submit attempt but simply keep clicking the submit button and eventually it will get through. Others will go on the first try.

Still, the small charge they do on the card will be refunded in whatever currency the VCC was issued for. So you get 60 Rupees back in the case of an Indian card.

I know people that run such verified accounts for quite a while. But its risky if you want a long term solution - if there is such a thing with PP.

I prefer to use pre paids. But I am in a location where those are easily obtained and not much fuzz with ID and stuff. Load some funds on it and be good to go.

I have some can provide you. Interested? PM me for prices
