Just setup a new site and I'm targeting "low competition" keywords with inner pages. I bought these keywords from a BHW provider and theoretically these shouldn't be a problem to rank for because the actual competitor pages in the SERPS have low metrics. But there are 2 things I'm concerned with..
1 - These are all buying keywords. The first 20 - 30 sites ranking are huge e-commerce sites. I don't have an e-commerce site, I have a niche site that gives general info about the keywords and in the end shows them Amazon affiliate products.
2 - The actual domains of my competitors are big authority sites like amazon, ebay, Aliexpress, and a couple of other niche e-commerce websites. How big is effect of DA and are these possible to rank for without offering an actual product?

Thanks

On one side you are saying low comp keywords and other side you are saying huge websites are ranking for these keywords. I am confused. You can rank these keyword with PBN links.

I quoted "low comp keywords" because that's how they have been sold to me. I guess these are low comp keywords because the actual pages ranking from these huge websites barely have any PR or links coming.

I would like to know about this too. How can you rank a ecommerence website when there is hardly any content on it?

Did anyone understand what this guy is saying? Websites like amazon rank for that kw, but they're definetly not optimized and no special seo was done for the KW.

You wouldn't be the first one to overrank sites like Amazon for low comp kw, it's doable.
