With 22K impression was 47$,with an RPM of 2$.It is fine.Lot of users who are not willing to click adsense they will click content.ad

Look into CPA. You will lock the download/file, for the user to be able to unlock it they must complete a survey or email/pin submit.
YOU will need to do the research, don't expect others to do so. Plenty of information on this forum alone, along with Google & YouTube there is no excuse.

content locking means, that you lock a page/download link and the user have to solve a captcha to download the thing. sharecash is a good place to do this kind of stuff. They pay anywhere from $1 to $20 per install.

i put direct link , and .... that why i have always visitors in my website

i dont know what i will use bewteen those website : adcash or infolink or content.ads or bidvertiser

Adcash only pays when visitor converts ?
