[JV] - Looking for a partner to launch a new social network

I am looking someone to partner up with and work on my latest idea. It involves using Kickstarter.com for funding as well as raising awareness.

The social network will feature a unique trait that is not found by any other sites, which will make it unique.

The business plan is quiet sophisticated and I won't be sharing my idea entirely with YOU. You will be only cutting a share of profit and "playing your role".
Requirements:
- access to kickstarter (UK, US, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, etc.)
- internet marketing skills
- reliability

When you say 'profit', how long do you anticipate it will be until your unique social network is profitable?

Because first you need to get funding
Then you need to build it
Then you need to gain users
Then you need to monetize the thing
Then you need to hit 'break-even'
And then you finally might make some profits

That could take a long time.

Also, how do you plan on monetizing?

Creating a social network is an idea I have been toying for few months already. Creating android apps is a short-term occupation for me, taken in consideration my current workload I would even be able to handle both projects if the would set off. However, my top priority lays on this project as it is much more complex, but also more rewarding eventually.

I believe the capital available for this project is not important at this point as I would be able to gather financial shots from another business stuff of mine. But my point would be leaving it small at the beginning and if these things get popular they become viral.

1) Funding would be arranged via Kickstarter as stated before.
2) The sooner I get the legal stuff done, the earlier I can tell more on design and structure of the page - I want to make it familiar to the people and Facebook is what the people know and like. Building the site itself shouldn't be such a problem. Viable in a horizon of
3) I believe the most loyal users will be gained via Kickstarted funding, otherwise they would not fund this project. The fact we are talking about social network, those "loyal Kickstarter users" will draw more people inside. Also another marketing tools would be considered.
4) Frankly, I am no expert at monetizing - would be outsourced, the best option got through JV.
5) I believe we will already be breaking-even after bringing the project to life thanks funds from Kickstarter.
