Your money have been refunded a week ago and the free articles were supposed to be sent but that writer decided to quit as well - another writer will finish them in the next 20 hours.
If there is anyone else left - send me a message.
Normal service with amazing refund system if something happens and fast TAT will retun on 27th.
EDIT: please send as a message and wait for response - we are working 18 hours a day - no time to check the forum every 1 hour, we check only once every 24-36 hours since we want to get back to regular service asap, so have some patience please, especially if the money is refunded.

So we are finally back - TAT is no longer a week or more + still being late; our writers have contracts so they simply cannot quit without finishing the orders.
